Very big room with a comfortable bed. We could check in before the "normal" time, what made us very happy. Friendly staff. About half an hour to walk to the old Town

Hosts were amiable. The free bicycle usage enabled us to go to many places. Water dispenser provided the convenience of potable water. Winmart and provision shops are nearby.

Comfortable place, friendly family. We were happy with everything, the owner was nice, made several times tea for us. Location near old city, free bicycles.

We stayed for 5 nights. Nice, clean and quite big room with good AC. Comfy bed, TV and refrigerator. Great location. Really nice and helpful owners. They have motorbikes and bicycles and they can arrange you a transport etc. Overall really good place to stay in Hoi An!

Really lovely place to stay with extremely comfy beds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Even made us breakfast on the morning that we had to leave super early as we didn't have time to get any before heading off. Nice hot showers and fresh towels through out our stay. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing value!!! For the price, you can't complain (basic room and bathroom but as I said it was great for the price) Also lovely staff :)
